James is really great and helpful! He helped me connect a FitBit to my old phone and then we got to talking and he told me about the trade in deal and then he helped me get this done. James is nice, friendly and patient and all stores need their own James.

Walled in to get a charger, they never said hello or even acknowledged that I was there, absolute worst customer service ever!

James was very helpful and friendly!!! He made the change from going from an older phone to my new phone pretty easy and made sure that I got all of my stuff on my new phone. You need to hire more people like James.

James was very patient and helpful. I am hard of hearing so he was very patient with me. He also made sure to transfer my stuff from one phone to another and then he actually helped me make sure my new phone was set up and that I knew how to use it. You need more James in your company.

I was worried about some old pictures I have that would not be able to get back, but he got them put on my new phone. I am not tech savvy and he was very kind and helpful and made sure I got the things I needed off the old phone to my new phone.
